2026 Apple Butter Stirrin’ Festival Volunteer Sign Up

Greet guests and sell merchandise at the festival’s north entrance. Volunteers should be friendly, organized, and comfortable handling cash and card transactions.

Welcome guests arriving from the south entrance and assist with merchandise sales. Volunteers should be outgoing, knowledgeable about the festival layout, and comfortable handling transactions.

Help children decorate pumpkins in a fun, hands-on activity. Volunteers assist with supplies, guide kids through the process, and keep the area safe and tidy. Perfect for those who love working with families!

Staff the North Gate, North Gate Exit, and South Gate to collect admission, scan tickets, answer guest questions, and help manage crowd flow. 2 volunteers per gate per shift.

Direct vehicles to open spots at the Visitor Center Lot and South End Lots, keep traffic moving safely, and assist guests with directions. 10 volunteers needed per shift — high-energy, high-impact role!

Assist VIP guests with check-in, seating, and hospitality in the Township Hall area. Volunteers provide a polished, welcoming experience for sponsors, donors, and special guests.

Serve beverages to festival guests in a festive, friendly atmosphere. Bartenders must be 21+ and comfortable in a busy, public-facing service role. 2 bartenders are needed per shift.

Walk up and down throughout the festival street, briefly stopping in an out of shops once in a while, and mingling in costume, simply to provide a fun costumed presence.
