All products brought to the Apple Butter Stirrin’ Festival must be hand-made. Items may be arts and crafts that were traditionally created by hand and possibly demonstrated, such as soap making, candle dipping, etc. You may also choose more modern arts and crafts, as long as they are hand-made. Only items listed on this application are permitted to be sold in your booth. We strongly encourage you to offer apple products to go along with our festival theme.(Required)Please read and initial.All artisans and crafters are required to dress in period clothing. Tee shirts and modern clothing are strictly prohibited. Although it is encouraged, the costumes do not need to be intricate. Men may wear flannel, plaid cotton, or striped work shirts, and dark trousers such as Dockers; appropriate colors are gray, black, dark blue, and dark brown. Footwear should be work boots or loafers in brown or black. Women may wear a dress or a blouse and skirt mid-calf or longer in cotton fabric or cotton polyester blend - no denim. Footwear – closed-toe shoes in black or dark brown - no sandals.(Required)Please read and initial.Vendors must be set up under a plain white or neutral-colored tent no larger than 12’ wide x 10’ deep (not provided).(Required)Please read and initial.Festival hours are 10 am to 6 pm on Friday and Saturday and 10 am to 5 pm on Sunday. Vendors may not vacate the premises nor close their booths before 6 pm on Friday and Saturday, or before 5 pm on Sunday.
