Elevate the Legacy is a generational transformation effort shaping the next chapter of Historic Roscoe Village. Launched in 2025, this work strengthens preservation, advances sustainability, elevates visitor experience, and expands collaborative partnerships, positioning Roscoe Village as America’s Canal Town, Ohio’s premier canal‑era village where commerce, connection, and community thrive.
This is not incremental improvement. It is intentional transformation rooted in stewardship.

Collaborative Partnerships
Historic Roscoe Village was built on interdependence: in the canal era, farmers, merchants, boatmen, craftsmen, and families relied on one another, and the waterway connected communities, commerce, and opportunity. Elevate the Legacy carries that same spirit forward by building partnerships that strengthen preservation, expand opportunity, and elevate the district as a whole.
